Baked Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve with rice or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
