- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix brie, cream cheese, and blueberries.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese and blueberry mixture.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Use a different cheese if desired.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
