Cajun Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and add to the sauce.
  8. Toss rigatoni in the sauce until well coated.
  9. Serve steak tips over rigatoni and garnish with parsley.
