  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
  5. Place a portion of the cheese mixture and crispy tater tots on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam side down on a plate.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your burritos!
