- 2 cups pinto beans, soaked overnight
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Drain and rinse soaked beans.
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, chili powder, and cumin.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
