Creole Steak and Shrimp Quesadillas

A delicious blend of steak, shrimp, and spices in a quesadilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add shrimp, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  4. Stir in Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Place a tortilla in the pan, add steak and shrimp mixture, and top with cheese.
  7. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Use any cheese you prefer.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream.
