  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced beef in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
