  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. Add butter, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and crushed tomatoes.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  6. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
