Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is cooked.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
  6. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and add to the pot.
  7. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until dumplings are cooked through.
