A simple and delicious crockpot lasagna recipe that you can prepare with minimal effort.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a layer of mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  9. Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use no-cook lasagna noodles for easier layering.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
