- 1 package frozen pierogi (16 oz)
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half of the kielbasa, onions, and sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
