Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A simple, hearty dish made in a slow cooker with layers of ravioli, cheese, and sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers: marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella.
  7. Finish with remaining marinara sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a meat version, add cooked ground beef or sausage.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
