- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and mix.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Top with cheese and crushed tortilla chips in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
