  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Roll shrimp in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce before serving.
