Noodle Veggie Stir Fry

A quick and colorful vegetable stir fry with noodles.

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
