- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
