One-Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Creamy Rice

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring garlic parmesan chicken and creamy rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the rice and chicken broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  7. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
