Sausage Casserole Breakfast Recipe

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine the sausage and vegetable mixture with the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
