Slow Cooker Creamy Tomato Basil Chicken

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
