- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
