  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak the red beans overnight.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine soaked beans, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, thyme, paprika, bay leaf, and vegetable broth.
