  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In another bowl, mix beef broth, mushrooms, and ketchup.
  5. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Before serving, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  8. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes until thickened.
