Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

Creamy and cheesy slow cooker scalloped potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half of the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme over the potatoes.
  4. Add half of the cream and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
