- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully peel off the leaves.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Place a few cabbage leaves at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Fill each cabbage leaf with the meat mixture and fold it up.
- Layer the filled cabbage rolls in the slow cooker.
