- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix macaroni, cheddar cheese, ground beef, onions, tomatoes, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Stuff each pepper with the macaroni mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in the smoker for 1 hour.
