  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Remove sausage and set aside.
  4. Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sauté until translucent.
  5. Add potatoes and stir well.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
