Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken until fully cooked and slice it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Add the grilled chicken on top of the salad mixture.
  4. Top with avocado slices and shredded cheese.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad before serving.
