- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
