- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and pineapple.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving and mix with the sauce.
