  • 1 cup sweet potato flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 1 tsp five-spice powder

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Mix sweet potato flour, rice flour, garlic powder, five-spice powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  5. Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  6. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
